I'll invest in getting to know you and your business. We'll take the time to discuss your strategy and goals. Within 1-3 days, I'll share a few actionable insights to use even if we decide not to work together. Isn't free wonderful?
If we choose to engage, I'll submit proposals to most straightforward SOWs. But if the effort is still in ideation form, isn't scoped out, or is of a complex nature with many unknowns, I'll recommend we do an assessment.
When I perform an assessment, you're also paying me to write the SOW for you. I'll also deliver a concrete strategic roadmap and all research and documentation related to assessing the situation. You'll be ready to act.
With your new roadmap, insights and SOW in hand, you'll be armed and dangerous. You'll be in a position to shop the project out in the market or have me do it. Start a conversation to initiate your free consultation.
