We'll talk or meet to discuss your strategy and goals. Within 1-3 days, I'll share with you a few actionable insights you can use even if we decide not to work together. Isn't free wonderful?
If we're open to working together, I'll quickly send you a very brief proposal. But if what you have is still in ideation form, or has many unknowns, l'll probably want to do some discovery - in the form of a paid assessment.
If we need to do a paid assessment, we'll get it done quickly, and I'll include all research, notes, and a Statement of Work (SOW) with a roadmap for you to follow. This way, you'll be ready to act - with or without me.
At this point, you'll be well-positioned to engage me or say "goodbye" and shop the market. Reach out if you want to start a private conversation.

A typical interim assignment lasts 3-9 months and fractional support can be as short or as long as necessary. Fractional can be as little as a few hours per month.
